In Love

McKell and Taylee are over the moon in love with their little brother.  Mckell is such a Mom and Taylee follows right behind.  They love to hold him, feed him and burp him but have yet asked to change his diaper.

 The graduate herself!
The cute kidos that we did preschool with.  Amazing kids!
One of the moms made these cute shirts and Mckell came already dressed in her swimming suit so she looks like she has nothing on.

After a little ceremony they got to swim!  It was a perfect night and the kids had a blast.

All the kids are going to kindergarten next year besides McKell, and since I am not putting her into preschool next year I really wanted to make it to the party we had planned.  I was a bit exhausted after just giving birth 24 hours earlier but I was so glad I made it.  Way to go McKell!

Going Home

This time we were actually able to check out of the hospital after the 24 hours!!  HOORAY!  I love the food but not worth the no sleep stuck in a tiny room.  And to be honest I really pushed to get out of there because McKell had preschool graduation that night, that I didn't want to miss.  Yes I realize I am crazy!  Zander was healthy, and I felt fine so why not get out of there.  Plus the nurses were anything but amazing this time.  They didn't offer to change his diaper once, not even at 3:00 in the morning.  I was a bit mad luckily Jeremy stepped in and changed them all.  Except for the 3:00 a.m. when I got peed on for the first time.  We checked out with him weighing 8 lbs 3 ounces

He arrived!

Since things didn't go as planned and I kept forgetting to get a picture with the girls and me being pregnant this is as good as it gets haha.  Taylee was only in the room for maybe an hour and every few minutes she asked "Mom ya done"  it was funny

Yes newborns are a little gross to me, I don't like when they pull him out and put them right on me.  YUCK!
He is perfect and we couldn't be happier.  The girls had a rough first couple of days but since my Mom has been helping me they seemed to have settled down.  So grateful I have a Mom that will take off work, to come here to be with me.
Yes things did not go as I had originally planned, I thought I wouldn't be having a baby until Monday.  (glad I didn't wait that long he would be HUGE)  But I went in for my original pre natal appointment on Thursday May 23rd she checked to see where I was and things hadn't changed since last week.  Still a 3 and high and thick.  So I suggested she strip my membranes, they did it with Taylee and nothing happened but I was willing to try again.  She looks at me a little hesitant and says he is so high are you sure you want me to try.  I say yes.  So she starts and she gets a smile on her face and says this is going really good.  When all the sudden she says OH NO!  I just broke your water. haha You wanna have a baby today?!  Well really I had no choice.  So she sent me down to Labor and Delivery.  I called Jeremy and told him we were having a baby today.  He was a bit Shocked!
Once in Labor and Delivery I was just gonna walk the halls to see if we could get some contractions going.  I sped around those halls for over an hour waiting for Jeremy to get there. ( I didn't really want to start anything without him there)  Well the walking did nothing.  Go figure, my body just didn't want to get the baby out.  So 3 hours after telling Jeremy to come to the hospital he finally arrived.  The doctor had come in to see if she broke both membranes which she hadn't so she did that, and asked if I wanted to keep walking.  At this point the socks were killing my feet and I was tired of walking.  So instead of dragging the process on I just started on the pitocin.  OUCH!!  My idea of going natural went out the window too.  I forget how bad contractions hurt.  So after about an hour of misery I called for the epidural.  From there on things went pretty fast, and smooth.  Mr. Zander was born on May 23rd at 5:00 p.m.  Weighing in at 8 lbs 11 ounces! (thats why I am glad things went the way they did)  and 21 1/2 inches long.  He is perfect and has been eating GReat.  Much bettter than the girls.

39 Weeks

Survived 39 Weeks!  :)  I am so ready to be done, but who isn't at this point in pregnancy.  I am grateful for the rain and cooler weather the past couple of days, the past week was miserably HOT!  I am a warm person anyways and just add pregnancy and WOW I don't know how my Mom had me on August 20th without central air. :)  She is a lot tougher than me.
At my doctors appointment last week it doesn't sound like the babe is coming anytime soon.  He is sitting up there nice and high under my ribs still.  I have dilated to a 3, but he really needs to move on down.  As of right now I wouldn't expect to see him before June 3rd :)  I will just enjoy these last few weeks of sore ribs and lost of moving inside.  It is an unbelievable feeling and so crazy that we create these perfect human beings inside of us.  Can't wait to meet the little guy.

Hee Hee

I was just remembering what Taylee looked like right after McKell hacked her hair and had to laugh.  Still isn't long and beautiful yet but its coming, and I can put a pony tail in it again.  Good memories :)

37 weeks

Made it to 37 weeks hopefully only 3 or less to go.   Could be 4 weeks though because I want to go into labor on my own this time.  But I will only go 1 week over so we shall see.  Getting excited to be able to move pain free again.  No one ever told me that pregnancy #3 was this brutal, but its killing me.  My awesome friend helped me paint the stripes and I love how it turned out, now just need some decorations for the other wall and we will be set.  Well besides picking a name that is. :)  Girls are more than ready to have a baby in the house and to have their Mom back!

REAL Salt Lake

That same day we went to Planet Play we hit up the REAL Salt Lake soccer game.  I Love watching Soccer, and the kids did so well as well.  It was a bit on the cold side but since I have extra insulation I was just fine.  Neither team ended up making a score but it was still lots of fun.  Plus our seats were pretty amazing

Planet Play

After she rolled the ball and hit some pins she turned around and yelling YES with her hands in the air. So cute

 Laser Tag group
Took advantage of our Pass of all Passes and hit up Planet Play.  It was a blast Taylee and McKell could actually play laser tag and ride in the go carts.  Which actually went pretty fast I thought.  They had the mini balls for bowling and Taylee also loved that she could be in complete control.  The good thing about it was we went during the day, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves.

Farm Animal days

That is as close as Taylee was willing to get to the goat

Isn't that just adorable!  Sister and cousin love

Took advantage of another one of my sisters pre school field trips up to Logan to the Farm Animal Days.  It was chilly but the girls loved it.  McKell is such an animal person and Taylee is if she keeps her distance.  They loved holding the ducks and chickens.

Egg Roll

When I was younger my family named this rock just above the orchard Family Home Evening Rock where often times we would pack hoagie sandwiches for dinner and hike up there.  Then ever Easter we would take our Boiled eggs and have races down the hill.  We don't eat Hard Boiled eggs, just colored them.  So this year I decided to show the girls and Jeremy what a good time it was.  Taylee loved chucking them down the hill as fast as she could.  It was a good Sunday afternoon hike
