Family Vacation

Well the pictures are a jumbled mess but they would not cooperate. About a month ago the Jensen side of the family all took a trip to Lake Tahoe. It was a SUPER long drive it seemed but we finally made it. We went on an awesome bike ride, swam in the pool, went to Virgina City and rode a train, ate super yummy food, went to the Lake (it was freezing cold). Played a lot of Wii and pretty much just had a great time. Oh I almost forgot I seen 2 bears very close that was the coolest part of all. It already seems like we didn't even go it went by so fast. Life is just flying by I can't believe Saturday is already the 4th of July.

Ragnar

Jeremy did the Wasatch back Relay this year with some of his family. He got to do the "Ragnar" leg which is quite a hill, when I did the Relay a few years ago I remember most people saying that you could walk up it faster than you could run. I wasn't there to witness it but I am sure he did great mostly because of how sore he was for the next few days thats gotta mean something. Me and Sabrina were able to volunteer again this year, it was pretty fun to see all the vans go by and cheer on the runners. Here he is at the finish line running on 2 hours of sleep , he was in bed at 7:30 that night I was in shockThis is my results of volunteering the sweet tan lines

Healthy little girl

We went to the doctor today for shots and checkup. McKell has grown quite a bit I knew she was heavy but not that heavy.
Weight 16 lbs. 10 ounces 58%
Height 26 inches 53%

Doctor says she is one good looking baby, happy and very interactive. Then comes the shots she only let out a scream and then was fine. She is getting stronger and stronger every time must be all the padding she is gaining in those thighs.Gotta love that face

6 months

McKell has turned 6 months already, we go to the doctor tomorrow so we will see where she is at. Here is all she has accomplished in just 6 months and a few other fun things

  • Roll from tummy to back and back to tummy
  • holds her head up high
  • still blows out of the diaper every time she poops (so at least once a day)
  • Makes us smile
  • Still not sleeping through the night
  • drools like crazy but still no signs of teeth
  • making lots of noise
  • Loves watching all her cousins play or even just kids in general
  • Loves drinking from a bottle
  • loves to do sit ups especially in the tub
  • gets really excited and starts kicking her feet
  • only spits up about once a day now
  • Loves to take baths
She has been so much fun and such a great addition to our family, we look forward to all the many more years of learning
