Colorado

This was day 2 at 11 in the morning, Taylee was already down for a nap and Mom was OUT!  It was a tiring night.  Zander was up at 5:30 most mornings and he was in the same room as my Mom (sorry Mom)
 He loved this little toy
I forgot my camera and didn't take many pictures as you can see oops
Taylee runs on her own time and don't make her do anything she doesn't want to do.  For a few months now I would take off her training wheels every once in a while to see if she could ride her bike.  To no avail it was always  "too hard" she says.  McKell has given her plenty of pep talks that if she learned she could get a new bike, get ice cream, and many more exciting things.  Well while we were in Colorado I asked her once again she yelled no and ran in the house.  Later I come out and her and her cousins had the tools to take them off.  She had to do the work, no one could help her.  Well she had them off jumped on and started riding at FULL SPEED and hasn't slowed down since.  She did get ice cream, but no new bike Yet.  Way to go Taylee

Impetigo

We were struck with a nasty bacteria at our house called Impetigo.  McKell actually had this as a baby but just little sores by her nose.  Taylee started this all with a rash between her legs and that is where she got it the worst.  This all started the day before were leaving on our Anniversary trip to St. George.  Thankful for Jeremy's parents were still nice enough to take care of these sickies.  McKell ended up getting in while we were gone, she got it Bad as you can see.  Her hands and face were awful it was hard to even look at her it looked so gross/bad.  You treat it with a oral antibiotic when its this bad, but it doesn't take care of it very fast.  So we had this at our house for a few weeks.  Thankfully Zander barely got a few spots and Nana acted on him fast and started the medicine.
This is McKell about 5 days later after all the blisters popped
 Taylees face a week later

A month later now you can still see the spots, I tried my hardest to remember sun screen every time they went out but....... I must not have succeeded they may have scars.  Whew glad we are over with that nasty stuff.
