Day 2, Half of 3

 Second half of day two went alright.  She did really good until I got tired of being inside so we went out to play for a bit.  (sorry for those that drive by and see her bare bum just know its for a good cause) Then she had a lot of accidents, can't believe how much she pees sometimes.  Then later that night we were invited to a BBQ so I figured we would put underwear on and take her potty before we leave.  Hahaha probably a bad idea she had 2 accidents there and I brought her home to go potty twice.  She is getting tired of the potty by now.  Thank Heavens its bed time

Day 3

Day 3 didn't start out so good, she went a couple times in the potty told me once then 2 accidents in a row.  I am getting frustrated and tired of doing it at this point but must press on.  Jeremy says just to think of it as the 3rd quarter gotta keep going and don't give up the game is almost over.  Nice way to think of it.  McKell is doing better with it today, yesterday she was attention deprived.  After the 2 accidents I talked to her about the potty and telling Mom.  Success!  She told me when we were jumping and making lunch.  HOORAY!  Nap time now, I really really enjoy this time of the day. 

Potty Training Taylee

I am writing this all down for journal purposes, because I can't remember how things went with McKell and I need to remember for our possibly next future children.
Day 1 potty Training
I wouldn't really say Taylee showed much interest in using the potty, but I am done with diapers so I figured why not give it a shot.  I am using the Boot Camp method the same one I used for McKell.  Morning started out good fed her lots of juices, water, and milk and knew she was gonna have to pee, so I kept her on the toilet for a good half hour and nothing.  So took her off tried again later, nothing.  She held it for 2 hours before having 3 accidents in a row.  Frustrated YES! (wanted to quite right then)  All morning accident after accident, she was super tired and kept pulling me to her bed.  I held her out until after lunch, but she was getting really tired and fighting sitting on the toilet.  So I brought out the binki (possibly a bad idea but it worked) she would sit forever I had to make her get off. Gotta love those things.  Now though she won't sit without it. Oh well I would rather have that then dirty diapers.  After her nap, she finally had success her first time going I got so excited I scared her and she stopped so I thought she was done and took her off.  OOPS!  Accident right after.  The rest of the day still had a few successes and a few accidents.  Finally 7:30 and my day was OVER!  HOORAY
Day 2 so far she has been amazing, no accidents so far.  She has told me she needs to go (well she don't talk so she started heading to the bathroom, or her eyes get big, or she stands weird).  I know this is a long journey but today I feel pretty good as of now.  She is down for a nap in underwear so we shall see. :0

We went on a fun bike ride this morning, after coming back from my run (its been 2 weeks) I was frustrated I could only barely run a mile and was dying in pain.  So I wanted to go for a really long bike ride, I have been feeling very lazy lately, and down on life now that I can't run (lame I know).  Jeremy suggested this trail to go see the waterfall in Ogden.  Mckell was so excited to see a waterfall so we loaded the bikes up and headed to a trail head on 21st street.  It was a really nice trail, and a beautiful day!  We rode all the way up to Rainbow Gardens and up to the waterfall.  I love Saturdays why can't there be 2 of them in a week.  The round trip bike ride with our few detours to go over bridges and through the tunnels was 12.5 miles.  It felt great.

We got out and used our Pass of All Passes the other night to go to the Motor cross races.  It was so fun, I couldn't pull Jeremy out of there.  A racers Dad said it goes until 1 A.M.  WOW!!  The pee wee racers were amazing.  It was a fun night, thank you McMullins for coming along with us.

Cousins

My sister Becky and her kids came to visit from Colorado!  It was fun to see them, one day they came to our house to swim, the next day we went to my Uncles Pool.  Enough swimming?  No!!  I love summer and swimming.  I couldn't believe how old Iver seemed, he is only 6 months older than Taylee but seems much more. He is a talker.  It was great to see you Becky, can't wait until you come back! August right :)

 My Mom had training in St. George for a few days, so us girls decided to go party with her.  My Awesome friend kept Taylee for me so McKell took Madilyn to keep her company.  It was great to not have to worry about naps!

 These girls loved to swim!  Most of the time we had to pool to ourselves.

 Day 2 we rode our bikes to the dollar store to get these awesome shooting things, they had a blast with them.

 Eating at the best pasta place in St. George the Pizza Factory.  We took our bikes with us this time so I drug my Mom on rides every night :0

 The girls were super excited to see the Temple, they jumped out of the stroller and wanted to tough it.

 This park was by far their favorite, they loved running through the water.  I am thinking Clinton needs to get one of these parks.

We couldn't have asked for better travelers they did Awesome!  They mostly played McKell was the Mom and madi was her Dog kept them entertained for hours.  I love listening to little kids interacting, so cute.  Thanks Mom for letting us come play while you sat inside all day.

Post Race fun

After the race you get 4 passes into the baby animal days at Thanksgiving Point.  Despite the kids being extremely tired (we had to wake them up at 5:20 a.m) they enjoyed the animals.  Then we all went over to the McMullin house and had the best Hamburger I had ever tasted (I was super super hungry) let the kids nap and they went to the Dinosaur Museum.  It was a good day.
