UH-OH

After McKell woke up this morning I did not want to get out of bed and we all know neither did Jeremy that early on a Saturday morning. So he got her out of her crib and let her play while we got a little more sleep. I could not believe I slept until 9 a.m. that is just not like me so I go out to the living room to see what McKell as been doing so quietly for the past 2 hours and found this. WOW what a mess no wonder she was so quiet.

I set McKell up on the table to feed her and she took the opportunity to get up and dance. The past week she has started standing up more on her own without holding onto something. Walking might be just around the corner. Her method of dancing has changed a bit instead of bobbing up and down she sways her head side to side. Its pretty funny.
I took her to the doctor again yesterday to see if she had another ear ache and lo and behold she has a double ear infection. This could explain the many sleepless nights, short naps and not eating anymore. I am still crossing my fingers that it means she will be breaking some teeth through real soon.

After it snowing for the past 2 days, I really wanted to go sledding. I had gotten McKell a snow suit for next year but decided to use it this year. It was huge on her she had a hard time moving, Jeremy said she looks like a fish out of water. We just went over to the Perry school it was fun though. McKell enjoyed it and wanted to be on the sled at all times. She only did 2 face plants while we were pushing her up the hill. She didn't even cry not even a peep she just tried to eat the snow off her face.

Best Friends Wedding!!

I don't think I have ever seen Trevor so happy in my life! Love does funny things.

Jeremy's best friend growing up Trevor got married to Natalie Bridge (with a name like that how could he not love her) on Thursday. Jeremy was so excited for him Trevor was baptized 2 years ago and got married in the Ogden Temple. It was such an awesome experience to be at their sealing.

The Graduate

Hooray!! He finally made it to the end, I am so excited it it all over. We had a party at our house to celebrate with super tasty pizza and good homemade ice cream. Since Stevens Henager doesn't have a ceremony Kristy and Bryson brought there cap and gown and we made the tassle. I surprised him with a HD video camera that he was super excited about. He got lots of other great things. We are thankful for everyone's support they have shown him. We are excited for what will happen next in our lives. Me and McKell love Jeremy very much and are so thankful for his hard work so that I am able to stay home with McKell.

Christmas

Christmas was great this year, I wasn't super tired and feeding McKell all day long. We found out 3 days before Christmas that McKell had a ear infection. This was her first one and it was not fun. She was so clingy and whinny all day long. There was nothing I could even do to soothe her she was not happy being held or on the ground. Anyways we had a great Christmas, this was our first year to stay at home alone Christmas morning. It was nice but I kinda missed the excitement of little kids. Jeremy just didn't get that excited I practically had to pull him out of bed to get him to come open gifts.

So excited I can hardly stand itAt this point in McKells life she is all girl, she loves dolls and clothes. She always gives them hugs and pats them on the back its so cute I love it.This is where she was most happy all night was in the box of wrapping paper with her 2 stuffed animals and doll from Uncle Jeff and Aunt Abby and Jefferson. Thank you so muchHere is what McKell got for Christmas from us and Grandma and Grandpa Jensen. She loves the house especially ringing the doorbell and opening the window. Grandma and Grandpa Barker are giving her a Little Tikes car we just have not gotten it yet. I figure we will wait until these new toys wear off and she needs something more.:) Really just watching for the one I want to go on Sale.
