I gave a lesson in Young Women's today on our Attitude of our Divine Roles. As I was searching for lesson ideas I came across this song. I love it! It has hit me hard and has really made me realize what a blessing it is to be a Mom, to raise these special spirits. To help me look past the things that drive me crazy each day. To just love my kids and let them know how much they are loved. To help me not to be selfish of my time, they are my "job" they are the only thing I need to worry about each day (to a certain extent) I love the gospel and the comfort it gives to me, to know that I have an eternal family what a blessing. I hope you enjoy this song as much as I have.

Wolf Mountain

We used our Awesome pass of all Passes today and hit the slopes! McKell loved the lift, thats all she wanted to do. She also enjoyed going down the hill super fast between my legs. Don't think she learned anything today but it was fun for her to experience. It was a perfect day too, the sun was shining and it was warm. Her and Maddi wanted to hold hands going down the hill and she was disappointed that, that wouldn't work. :)

New York

We cut our trip short so we could spend more time in New York. So we got to spend the night with Kristy and Bryson thanks so much! The next day we got a quick tour of New York. We saw Time Square at night when we got there, the 911 memorial super cool, Statue of Liberty from a distance, Central Station, Stock something :) ate a yummy burger from the shake shack, and got in a nice morning run at Central Park. It was fun to see my sis again even though it was only a few weeks. I miss her like crazy, so 3 weeks seems like eternity. Thank You Kristy and Bryson for being our tour guides and giving a place to lay our heads and all the good food. And in 1 month me and my Mom and Sisters are going back to New York for the real Tour of the city. BOOYA!

Cruise baby!

Can't believe this was already a month ago. I wish we were just going haha isn't that how vacations are. We were able to head out for a cruise for our 5 year anniversary a couple months early (when the price is right you gotta do it). It was a 4 night cruise to the Bahamas! So much fun, it was just the two of us. We were disappointed with the cruise line, the food was not all that good, the entertainment was alright, and there were no ice sculptures haha.

Our first stop was Freeport, from what I heard they had a hurricane go through there a few years ago and it kinda ran the town down. We just caught a taxi and found a beach to finally get some sun. Don't judge me in a bikini and I can't believe I actually just put that on the world wide web, but its the only picture together on the ocean that someone else took for us. There was a nice part of the beach but that was private for the hotel. I LOVE THE OCEAN!!!

Second Stop was Nassau, my favorite place of all I wish we could have stayed there for the 3 days. We went to the water park Atlantis all day long. It was so cool, and there private beach was amazing! Water was warm, waves were big absolutely perfect.And yes I chickened out on this slide, look at that thing. Almost verticle! So we got to the front of the line and I went and looked down the slide and couldn't do it. So I told Jeremy to go first and I walked back down the stairs. haha But there were a few slides where you went through the aquariums, so we saw lots of fish and sharks. Neat. I hope to go back there again soon.Day 3 was Norweigans private Island, not sure why you want your own island it was kinda boring. And by this day Jeremy thought he didn't need sunscreen and fried himself so he didn't want to play in the water anymore. The cool thing about this place was that there were no waves so we used our goggles and saw lots of fish. I got the picture of the tractor cause thats what my Dad uses and they were driving them all the way in the Bahamas!

We couldn't have done it without amazing family, so we would like to give a shout out to Katie, Vanessa, and Mom Jensen. They were our babysitters and we are so grateful for them. Its always nice to have a vacation and know your kids are in good hands. So thanks again ladies.

My parents gave McKell and Taylee this little car for Christmas. McKell was so excited she said "I really like this car" in a really excited voice. The cool thing about this car is you can either let them drive or there is a remote control so we can drive Taylee around. She thought it was pretty cool she almost feel asleep.

McKell loves the snow, and I think Taylee is following right behind. They could not wait to get out there Saturday after the snow storm. Now just gotta get some better gloves for Taylee so her hands don't get wet when she falls down all the time.

My Brother and Sister-in-law planned an Awesome reunion. It was up in Christmas Meadows, Utah beautiful up there and we were not there long enough. We had a full day of snow mobiling, and no one got hurt Jeremy just flipped us off and my Dad rolled his but it was a success other than that no injury. We ate lots and lots, thanks Katie and played games got in the hot tub and stayed up way past my bed time. Hope we can keep doing this every year, its nice to see my Dad really enjoying himself with no work. Becky, Aaron and Family we missed you!

Can't believe Christmas is already past!

We had a great Christmas, we were able to head up to midway Saturday morning and spend it with Jeremy's family, we were all together. Not that our kids are old enough but it was nice that the tree and presents were all in the other room so we were able to get up and first thing go to church. Feel the spirit and remember Christ as the real reason for the season in our lives. Then we came home and opened presents. CHAOS!! that sums up the rest of the morning. We enjoyed our time seeing Abby, Jeff and Samantha until they passed on the flu to us that night. It was awful McKell and Taylee had it together it was so weird, McKell would throw up and would know within a minute Taylee was next. Crazy all through the night. Then the next day me and Jeremy ended up with a little bit more mild flu. Good Times! These out of staters can't handle Utah this exact same thing happened last year after my sister from Nebraska came.

The top pictures were all the documenting McKell got, she is amazing with the camera haha! And to my sister-in-laws we need to share pictures as usual. Thanks.

For McKells birthday this year I wanted to keep it simple, save all my party energy for when she really cares. So we were just gonna do cake and ice cream with the family, but ever since Taylee had her party she kept reminding that it was almost her party. So I figured why not have a little friend party at Arctic Circle. So we had kids meals, which not one of them ate much. Played on the playground, had ice cream cones and cupcakes. McKell had fun!

Yes that's a Charlie Brown cake, I didn't feel like making a cake so we went to Walmart and this is what she picked out. I think she enjoyed picking her own better anyways, she was super excited about it.

They do get along every once in a while! This is McKell's cousin Nathan they were born 3 days apart and get along as well as cats and dogs. They came to play on Friday, so we busted out the movie Tangled and popped some popcorn and they sat by each other for a good 20 minutes without fighting. haha Miracles do exist!

I had wanted McKell to get her ears pierced when she was little, but Jeremy's rule was wait until she asks. So that I did, she was very curious about earrings and always wanted mine in her ears so it wasn't too hard to teach her to tell Daddy she wanted earrings for her Birthday. One day my friend asked her if she wanted earrings for her birthday and ever since then if you would ask what she wanted that was her response. So no I did not completely brain wash the girl. She looks cute! Its killing her though that she cannot take them out for 6 weeks. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MCKELL!!!

Kangaroo Zoo

Me and my friend Jenny decided to take the kids to Kangaroo Zoo before she had to go back to work. It was a lot of fun McKell loved it and it wore her out quick. It was nice to only pay 3 dollars thanks to a coupon but come Tuesday it will be 8 bucks for McKell! Yeah not sure we will be going back anytime soon at that price.

McKell loves to do rolls with me, so I usually let her make her own pan. Don't worry I don't feed them to anyone its just for her enjoyment and to keep her happy.

Wow! I was busily making all my rolls and I turned to look at the mess Taylee was so happily making. She is amazing, every receipt, every pan, all the crayons everywhere. And no Jeremy was not in bed while this was all happening, he went to play some traditional flag football with the ward.

Halloween NIGHT

Trick or Treating was so fun, McKell was hilarious. She caught on fast that all she had to do is go door to door and knock say trick or treat and they would giver her candy. haha She is my kind of girl, she doesn't just take on piece she fills her hands up. Then she would say she had to get some for Taylee it was funny. She didn't want the night to end. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Oh and since this is my last post of the night I though I would share McKell has an imaginary friend named JOJO no idea where it came from she just started talking to someone today and I said who you talking to she says JOJO see. lol it was hilarious. I once had an imaginary friend named GIGI pretty close to the same. I have to admit I think McKell is a mini me. LOVE IT

Provo Half

I decided to give the Half Marathon thing another chance this year. I was not gonna let myself end on a sad note (bear lake half) This race did not disappoint! Me and Heather decided to dress up as Aggie Fans, it was fun to dress up but I got some negative comments which was funny to me. The Provo Halloween Half Marathon is one you should all do. Its super fast and fun to see all the costumes as you are running. Despite the sore legs for the next 5 days it was worth it. I set 3 goals this time, and accomplished everyone of them. 1st was to not walk at all, 2nd was to not stop at the porta potties, and 3rd was to do it in 1 hour 44 minutes. To my surprise I did it in 1 HOUR 39 MINUTES! I was shocked. Heather did amazing as usual and even beat her Bear Lake time with a time of 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES she is FAST!

Our Final party for the season, was at my parents house. We had all the fun Halloween goodies and a tasty Lasagna main dish, carved pumpkins, and ate and ate and ate. Gotta love Halloween so many sweets. Yes I was the looser this time, I totally forgot my costume at our house. I was bummed I guess I will have to use it next year. Much Different

These 2 were much different in their "first" cake eating styles. McKell poked at it and licked her fingers. Taylee she just shoved it all in their mouth. And interestingly enough I can totally see the difference in their personalities. McKell didn't get into much, we never child proofed our house, didn't have to close the bathroom door, hide the garbage can, keep all dirt and rocks out of her reach. She was simple I guess you could say. Once McKell learned to crawl she didn't care, she still just sat their and played with toys. Taylee is always in turbo speed, we have had to babyproof stuff, hide the garbage can, and when outdoors keep your eyes on her at all times. Its been a lot of fun having 2 kids. Amazing how opposite two sisters can be. I wonder what they will be like when they are older. Who will be my athlete?

Well her birthday is not technically until Thursday but we celebrated today! I did the theme of Candyland. I thought it turned out perfect, but my stupid camera is having issues so a lot pictures were out of focus. arrrrhhhhggggg!
As usual I stress over a party to have it all over in 2 hours anyways why do I always do that. We had pizza for lunch, did some relay races on the wiggle cars (super fun), opened presents and she had her first cupcake. The cupcakes were all for her, they were suppose to be grey but I couldn't ever get the color so they are poop color instead haha but she loves rocks so they had the candy rocks on them and boy was she excited when she saw them.

We just finished our weeks of selling peaches up on my Family farm. I always look forward to this time of year to go spend at Grandma's with my Sister and her kids. But this year was a bit difficult with miss Taylee. She is cRaZy! She eats everything. This bottom picture was after we found her knawing on a piece of manure! I say it just strengthens her immune system right. YUCK!~
It was a bit sad this year to not have Grandma sitting in her chair yelling at us as we run in and out.

So the other day I was upstairs and Taylee was playing downstairs. All the sudden it got quiet so I finished what I was doing and went to check on her. She was no where to be seen and the front door was open. So I go looking outside for her and there that stinker is sitting in the rocks eating them. She loves loves loves to eat rocks. So the video is of her getting out of the house I wanted to see how she got down the stairs since we have been working on going down backwards. But to no avail she has not picked up on it yet. The first time I watched her was a bit more smooth the one I videoed worried me a bit.

So as a kid I was blessed with some pretty rotten hair. That would not grow or my Mom just kept it short not really sure. So when I was a little girl I always always wanted a ponytail. But for some reason my hair never grew long enough for one. So my Mom being the awesome Mom that she is introduced me to tights. You simply but a pair of tights or 2 (if you want to braid it) on your head and then you have long "hair" (wish I had pictures) Well me and my best friend Karlee wore these everyday for it seems like forever. We thought we were awesome! Everyone soon referred to us as tightheads.
Sunday McKell kept trying to pull her hair into a ponytail like Maddi and Peytons (her cousin, and friend) Flashbacks just came pouring in. The poor girl has crazy hair and it will not grow either, it has not been cut in over a year and its still short. We made it do though and pulled it into a pony tail and she has never been happier she can't leave it alone. I just about introduced her to tights. :) For some reason I think she looks adorable with her hair slicked back.

I love Labor day! I mentioned to Jeremy he should build me some shelves with the 2x4's we had from him pouring cement. He called his Dad to see if he wanted something to do and wala! Our garage is now organized and the fertilizer is finally out of kids reach. Thank You Thank You Paul and Jeremy.

I can't believe I forgot to mention this sweet ride. One day back in June I scheduled family pictures and to make Jeremy happy since he hates pictures I told him we could go test drive a Tundra. Well one thing led to another and we almost walked off with it that day. Luckily we didn't we would have never been able to afford the payments. We kinda forgot about it but wished we really had a truck Then a couple weeks later they called and said they could get our payments to 200 a month so Jeremy once again jumped on it. He went and listened to them and it was if you leased it. At this point our Hyundai had been giving us trouble so we wanted something new so so bad. Well long story short its ours! We have loved having a truck, you can do so much more with a truck than a car. Its great. Jeremy's dream came true a little sooner than we had thought.

McKell loves to swim, so we had to take advantage of the last swim day of the year. I am sad Summer is over, I love being in the water too. I am amazed with McKell, she holds her breath under water and swims to us. We haven't gotten her in swim lessons yet but next year for sure. She loves to jump off the side of the pool and go under.

My birthday was great this year, Jeremy let me sleep in longer than him after Taylee was up all night screaming (okay for 2 hours from 3-5) went and helped with a service project, celebrated at Boondocks, Tucanos, and Denny's. What a day I have never eaten so much in my life in one day, I felt sick.
I Love Bumper Boats the only sad thing was, Taylee could not ride on them so we had to go separate, not near as fun.For your Birthday at Boondocks if you sign up on line they give you a free day to play plus a 5 dollar game card. So we enjoyed some fun arcade games, and rides. This one was a Rollercoaster type ride. Taylee was pretty worried.

We recently returned from a week long vacation to Colorado. Now this was my first time in Colorado, and it was beautiful. The crisp early morning runs were a favorite.

Oh the joys of crawling have started at our house. She started about a week and a half ago, then we went on vacation and now that we are home she is everywhere.

If you listen carefully you can hear McKell yelling Natalie that is her favorite thing to do after she gets out of the shower she thinks she is pretty funny.

Holy smokes July has flown by so stinkin fast, actually this summer is cruising on by dang it. Taylee is 9 months today and as of today she can go from crawling position to sitting on her bum. She is not yet crawling but as you can see getting super close. Yikes! She is so ready to be on the go. She has 4 teeth and a few more getting ready to pop through. Teething has not been all that fun, but give her some medicine and she is as good as new. (McKell so kindly did her hair today)

Goodbye for now

My wonderful Grandma passed away on July 10th, so happy for her to be out of pain and to be re-united with her Husband but oh I am going to miss her (man I am getting teary eyed typing this) We all know death happens, but for me it don't make it any easier. She will be so missed, her house was the meeting house every Sunday for all my family. It is not very often you would go to her house and be the only one there. We have such a close family I hope now that Grandma has left this earth that we can still be as close.

My wonderful forever family, I am so thankful families are forever because I don't know what I would do without these amazing people. (my sister Vanessa left too soon so she was not in the picture and Katie as well)

I know to some it is weird to take pictures of funerals, but for me its my memories. Her casket was beautiful with all the flowers.
Grandma we will miss you dearly until we meet again. I hope to never forget the memories that I have of her. She was a great Grandma that taught me a lot. My sister did an amazing post on her I wish she wasn't private so you could read it, because she is very good with words. But if you are invited to her blog you should for sure read it.

Bow Holder

So my old Ribbon holding the bows just wasn't doing it, it would hang down low enough that McKell could pull them off and I had bows everywhere all the time. I had seen these frames used to hold bows so I set out to find a cheap frame. I found out quickly that that don't happen for a huge frame. Luckily I have an awesome sister that had found this beauty at a yard sale for $1.oo and she sold it to me. So the total cost of this project was about $3.00, and it looks great in their room

McKell loves to paint so she was so so excited that I let her help me. Everyday now she asks to paint
The finished product, I realized after I did it who cares what ribbon you use, we have enough bows that you don't even see the ribbon so I am glad I didn't buy anything expensive.

Freedom Run

I forgot about the 1 race I did for the 4th. Honeyvilles Freedom 5k!! I haven't done it for maybe 4 years, and wow has it gotten big.
I felt really good the whole time thought I was running faster than usual only to find out I got 23 minutes, I can't seem to beat that time for racing.
It was fun having all the cheerleaders there and running with people I know again. The only good thing about running a half marathon is 3 miles feels like nothing anymore.

I realize I am a little weird, and I LOVE the WILLARD 4th of July celebrations. But a small town girl has got to stick to her small town traditions. Parade, Foot Races, candy drop, and the most amazing fireworks you will ever see.
My Moms 1st place finish, she wins every year, so you see where we get our talent from.

Okay the foot race is divided into age groups from crawling to 60+ separating girls from boys. The Barkers use to sweep each race we were in every year. But this year the only 1st place finishers were my nephew Treven and my Mom. I don't know if we have gotten older and slower or if the age divisions have changed. Mine is 21-27 now come on, no way I can beat a 21 year old. haha I took 2nd though which isn't bad out of 3 runners. lol

Make sure you are sitting down for this one, or you might faint! haha TAYLEE has a tooth :) its just popped through she might have 2 in a couple more days. It has not been bad I didn't even know she was getting teeth until I was hanging her upside down and noticed you could see all her top teeth gums bulging so I decided to feel the bottom and there it was. Not only does she have a tooth but the girl is 8 months old today and decided to finally roll over. Lots of firsts at our house today.
If you don't know McKell didn't get her tooth until she was 15 months so I was a bit shocked. McKell is 2 1/2 and still does not have all her baby teeth in. Its exciting to have 2 kids to compare when they did things.

Barn Raising Party!!!

This year we gave my Dad a little different gift than usual. He is super hard to buy for because he is a farmer which leads to a work a holic which leads to not many hobbies. So my sister Kristy set up for us to all help out with this barn that they bought the wood for a year ago. Of course he still got his otter pops and gatorade (his summer time staple food). It was so much fun, and miraculously the kid situation worked out for me and my other 2 siblings. So we started at 10 pulling off the really really old wood that was already there, and by 6:00 that night we had a good start on putting the new stuff up. I love my brother and sisters, and Mom and Dad and so thankful that we all enjoy working together.

Pulling out the millions of nails that were in these boards. It was a tricky day making sure not one nail was dropped and not picked up. Especially when people were trying to pry them out and they would just fall in the pile of hay. Lots of fun looking for a nail in the hay

We are pretty awesome! We didn't have the right equipment but made do with what we had, my Dad is one brave man. Not only was he up on this ladder but told my Mom to reverse a little while he was up there.

The old barn, no pictures of the completed project yet, I got all this awesome pictures from Kristy's blog so as soon as I go to Willard again I will snap one. I hear they were out there until 10 doing it so they should have quite a bit more done.

Dad I hope your Fathers Day was great. I sure enjoyed it. And thanks to my Friend Tressa for watching my kids in the morning, and Aunt Deon and MaKayla for watching them in the afternoon. And especially to Kristy for putting this all together.

Yard Work

We have lived in our house for 1 year and I am sure by this point Jeremy wonders what he will come home to everyday. I love change I get bored of things very easily after a while. Which would result in my hair getting the brunt of things. But our yard is not far behind, the flowers are beautiful I love having a house and planting my own flowers they are so pretty.
I forgot to take pictures of before but there use to be a really ugly pine tree thing planted where the rock is. But one day while I Jeremy left me for a LAN party I decided to pull it out. :) He was a bit surprised when he got home. I then asked him to get me a rock, so he called his friend to use his truck and they went up to my Dads farm and found me this beauty for FREE!!!

The owners before us obviously really liked roses, they planted 6 bushes and this one they must of had no where else to put it so they stuck it here. Roses are pretty but for sure not my favorite, so today me and McKell dug out the random rose bush.
Its gone, McKell is a really good worker, she loves pulling weeds, planting flowers, and digging out rose bushes.Just some more pretty flowers in our yard, now we just need the mulch and it will be so gorgeous.

If you know me then it is no wonder why this is the first picture Jeremy got of me! I made it all the way to mile 9!!!Fastest Women I know, she is amazing even after 3 kids she is still running super fast. This was my SIL Heathers first half marathon and she did amazing. Her average pace was 7.19 HOLY SMOKES!!!! Heather I am still amazed at your speed.Here I am 20 minutes behind her, this race sucked! It was the bear Lake Half Marathon, super flat and not much scenery. I had 2 goals for this race 1 was to only be 10-15 minutes behind Heather and 2. was to beat my last half time. I accomplished neither of them. Trying to make myself feel better I will just blame it on the awful cold I caught 5 days prior.

Here we are after the race, Heather took first Girl overall me well I finished it took me 1 hour 58 minutes. I am a bit embarrassed to say my time. Oh well I will shoot for the Ogden Half next year, and try to improve my time.

Girls Camp

Last week I was able to go to girls camp with my ward up in Heber Valley. It was a blast, the girls are hilarious. Unfortunately I got a terrible head cold on day one. So the lack of sleep with that did help any I was pooped. I only took pictures of the Zip line where I was stationed on the challenge course. But of course we did some awesome crafts, ate delicious food, (I was introduced to a banana boat gross!) late nights, early mornings, a fun time on the lake, a nice hike. And spiritual lessons. Thanks so my Mother-in-law for watching the kids all day, and Jeremy for getting up in the night with Taylee. She must of really missed me because she didn't sleep all that great until I got back :)

We have been trying to get our yard together and after hours of work I think we have a pretty good back yard. Yeah the grass isn't the best and I still have my dead spot in the middle but other than that its going. We built a sandbox and stayed up until midnight putting it together (oh the things we do for our kids) got a trampoline so McKell can put all that jumping to use.

Perma grin, she was so so excited to see that out there this morning, we put it up after she went to bed last night. She could not wait to get out there, she barely had time to eat breakfast. She was out there until the Rain chased her away.

grass is suppose to be growing there but have yet to see it still keeping my fingers crossed something happens.

I absolutely Love my sisters to Death, but I wonder if they treated me like this when I was a baby. Taylee is going to be the most patient girl, after having to put up with McKell.

It is so fun watching these two interact together. McKell is the best at getting Taylee to laugh. I just wish McKell was a little softer with her. So I didn't feel like a broken record everyday telling her to be soft with her.

Our girl had her 6 month appointment last week. We can never seem to leave those appointments without a prescription. This time another Ear Infection, that's 4 in 6 months. If this one don't go away off we go to the ENT.

Baby easter egg hunt we had to help her get what she has there

We had a fabulous Easter, it started on Friday with the annual Easter Bake that my Aunt Colleen puts on, With a big bbq that night at Grandma Barkers. Saturday was the big weanie roast, coloring eggs, and the awesome Easter Egg hunt my parents put on. Sunday we went to American Fork and had a great dinner with Jeremy's parents and sisters family. It was delicious. I love this time of year, especially the peanut butter easter eggs delish!!!!

To celebrate our Anniversary this year we kept it simple to prepare for our 5 year CRUISE!! We went and did a session at the Salt Lake temple something I have wanted to do for 4 years. Then we headed to the gateway for a little shopping. Lucky for Jeremy it was pouring so I didn't even want to shop. We ate at Bucca di peppi. Delicious! And topped the night off with my favorite ice cream from DQ Georgia mud fudge. Its been a fast 4 years, we have accomplished a lot in those 4 years its amazing. Jer finished school, 2 kids, bought a car, bought a house, changed jobs 3 times. We couldn't be any happier. Of course unless we had a truck that would be nice :)

Hospital Stay

Ready to go home, she is getting really good at sitting up

After having the RSV for 2 weeks it turned for the worst. My nightmare came true, I have always been scared of RSV and never wanted my kids to get it. After asking the million kids it seems like that got it this year if it was as really as bad as they make it seems they all told me no. So my fears had mostly gone away. Until one night Taylee seemed like she was struggling to breath and she would not breathe for a few breathes at a time. This was Sunday night so we decided to wait until the next morning. That night she threw up about 3 times and the next morning twice. So I decided it was time to take her in. As soon as they check her Oxygen and the Nurse seemed a little worried. So the doctor comes in and talks to me it all goes over my head she then says we will do breathing treatments and see how she is after, if its not better we will have to admit her to the hospital. At this point all the thought I had previously had of RSV started going through my mind. I was so scared. After 2 breathing treatments her oxygen was still low, so the doctor admitted her to the hospital. I started crying, the nurse comes to see if I need help and I was so embarrassed to have her see me crying I tried not to look up. ( I am not a public crier) She says to drive straight there, we had already been at the doctors 2 hours and I knew McKell was not gonna handle much more. Thankfully we still live close to Family and I was able to call my Sister Vanessa to see if she could come get McKell for the night. I love my FAMILY, they are always so willing to help out. Little did Vanessa know the 1 night would turn into 3. Taylee was in the hospital 4 days being touched and handled way more than she wanted to. Every 4 hours or less they would come to suck her out, all through the night. The first night I woke up and could not hear her breathing (since she is congested I could hear her loud and clear) my heart stopped I jumped out of bed and felt her, she was still breathing. They had just hooked her up to Oxygen. At that moment I thought I guess she really is that bad.

Okay Sorry this story is really long forgive me.

Wednesday Morning I lost it, after being in the hospital all day by myself on Tuesday (until Jeremy came at 7 p.m). The hospital is such a depressing place and I think it hit me. Again thankful for family, My Mom, Vanessa, and McKell all came that night to keep me company. I could have not asked for it at a better time. My spirits were back up and I could carry on. Thursday they released us, what a great feeling to walk out of the hospital. Taylee is doing better, still coughing quite a bit, and not her happy self but her breathing is a lot better.
Thank you so much for all your concerns and prayers. Having a kid in the hospital was a very emotional thing for me. I am so thankful for my mostly healthy kids.

5 Months

This cute girl is 5 months today!! She is such a great baby, its nice to have the easy one the second child I'm thinking. Poor girl didn't survive the RSV season, the virus caught her last week. Its not as bad as I thought it would be, but its still not fun. I can't believe in 1 month she will be eating solids. Time flies!

4 Months

Our little baby is already 4 months old. Its sad to see her grow up so fast, but I think McKell can't wait. She is pleasantly plump as the doctor says. She just got over her 2nd ear infection, and is a happy baby again. She has started to play with toys and got real good at putting anything in front of her into her mouth. I love my little Taylee.

She weighed 15.2 lbs. McKell was 14 lbs 6 oz. so Taylee is a bit bigger.

I have such a hard time getting smiles on camera for some reason but I did get one.

We finally did the move, the girls are sharing a room. Thanks for all the comments on Facebook I got up the courage that they were ready to share a room. So far they do pretty good. McKell has woke up only a few times from Taylee. We put Mckell to bed at 8:00 then Taylee at 9:30 so it works out good. McKell has woke up a couple times with Taylee at 4:30 but she will go back to sleep after I bring Taylee back to bed. She loves sharing a room with her.

This was our day February 12th!!! It was fantastic we celebrated Carter's 4th birthday at Chuck E Cheese came to our house for Pizza and played outside all afternoon. It was fabulous, Paul told me to take these pictures for Abby because they were getting snow and freezing temperatures in Alabama while we were finally enjoying some warm weather.
The Chain Link Fence is finally gone!!!!! All the weeds will be dead this summer.

Valentines Day Date

This year me and my Sister in Law Heather planned our date for the guys. So we took them to flow rider and out to eat at The Olive Garden. I have mixed feelings about Flow Rider I hated it at first, it hurt everytime I landed at the top and I could not figure it out. By the end I think I got it I was far from good but it didn't hurt so bad at the top. When our hour was over I wanted to keep going. So I am pretty sure we will be back again soon.
Thank you to Ma and Pa Jensen for watching all 5 kids while we enjoyed some time alone. We greatly appreciated it. Now that we have 2 kids it seems harder to get someone to babysit (or maybe because we moved 30 minutes South of all the Family) but each time we do make it out together I always think we need to do that more often

Ice Skating

Jeremy's work had an employee family day at the Gallivan Center Ice Skating rink. So we took advantage of it and went down. McKell loves choo choos (she tells me all day Daddy Choo Choo Bus his mode of transportation to work) so we took the trax to Salt Lake.

She actually would take a few steps alone but would get scared.

For Jeremy's Graduation gift most of my family went in on a I Fly trip. Since I got pregnant shortly after we were unable to go until now. It was AWESOME!!! It is amazing how sore we were the next day from being so tensed up.

This sweet girl is already 2 months, I can't believe it. She is the easiest going little girl. She only eats every 3 hours or 4, it has helped me not hate nursing this time. With McKell it was 2 hours on the dot and I hated it. She is sleeping about 8 hours at night then eats and sleeps another 2 or 3 hours.

She is girl through and through everyday for the past few weeks she asks to wear a dress. Now she has a nice skirt she can wear everyday.

As you can see she has lots of wonderful helpers, its amazing what gumballs on a cake will do.

My lovely cake haha the picture at least does it justice. I don't think I will be going into the business anytime soon, but it was fun to make one.

McKell is 2 can you believe it, the past 2 years have flown by. Sad for her she caught a cold for her birthday this year. Guess thats how it is when you have a December birthday. Can you believe she still only has 10 teeth, I can't I thought for sure she would have a mouthful by now. I am begining to think she is only going to have 2 teeth on the bottom.
McKell is getting smarter and smarter, she is really starting to talk and I love it, its so cute. Now when I ask her how old she is she says 2!

Jeremy blessed Taylee on Sunday, it was such a nice day. I am so thankful for the Priesthood and that Jeremy is able to bless our children. 2 Weeks!

We had our 2 week appointment today, the Doctor says usually we like them to be back to their birth weight by now then looks at her paper " BUT SHE IS WELL OVER THAT" She weighs in at a whopping 8 lbs 9 oz the day after we came home from the hospital she was 7 lbs 6 oz so to say the least she is eating well. Which surprises me because a lot of times I have to wake her up after 4 hours to make her eat. Taylee is a great sleeper, I feel spoiled but I guess you have to have 1 like this right.

I love my 2 little girls, I don't know what I would do without them. McKell is getting so much better and loves Taylee so much. She loves to hold her and will hold her for a few minutes at a time now. I am so happy to have 2 girls this close I can tell McKell is going to take very good care of Taylee she is one lucky little girl.

While pregnant with Taylee I didn't cut my hair at all, so after I had her I was dying to get it cut. I usually wait a few months when I loose some weight but I couldn't wait my hair was driving me nuts. I was pretty daring this time I always wondered what I would look like with my hair this short and now I know. It has taken me a few days to get use to looking at myself but I think I like it now. I will probably let the sides grow out a little more so I don't look like a man.

We have finally found a movie that McKell will watch the whole thing. Hooray!!! Its only a half hour but that's 30 minutes that she is entertained. She loves animals, so its fun to actually watch her watch the movie.
We have decided its time to take the binki away, she won't go to sleep like she use to so I guess its time. I hate to hear her cry so this is going to be hard on me.
Today things seemed pretty calm she seems to be getting a little better with a sister. After plenty of time outs, she may be settling down. I will cross my fingers.

A Mother of 2 has been quite the adventure, I have not had a day alone yet Thank Heavens. I am a little nervous that I am gonna go nuts. I guess it has hit McKell that she is not alone anymore. She whines and whines and won't listen anymore, I don't know if it is for attention or what but its getting old fast. Taylee was spoiled in the hospital with a bottle because I had to supplement her due to a big weight loss. Now she will not nurse, which is fine during the day because McKell likes to hold her bottle. I just hope she will learn soon.

Our first Halloween party of the year was with the Jensen's. I made McKell a tutu so she could be a lady bug and go figure the little stink would not wear it at all. Sooo....

We made her a cowgirl instead, we already had the boots so we just had to get a hat.

She would not cooperate one bit so this is the best we got.

We went up to the Willard Trunk-or-Treat it was fun besides the rain. Taylee even got to experience her first Halloween all snuggled up warm in her stroller. Every time McKell had the choice of candy she chose a sucker so sadly we have a lot of suckers to eat. Maybe next year we will teach her what good candy it.

We are surviving the Parenthood of 2, it takes a lot longer to get out the door that is for sure. She has been a really good baby so far very very sleepy. I actually have to wake her up to eat every time instead of her telling me. Much much different than McKell she was every 2 hours on the dot screaming for food. Lets hope her calm personality lasts.

Motorcycle

My sister had this Motorcycle at my parents house, and McKell loved it. It is so nice to have a cousin that is old enough to take the little ones on rides. MaKayla is a good sport and took her on plenty of rides. Of course by the time I got the camera out she wasn't grinning ear to ear like she was before.

Had another appointment today, I am now dilated to a 3. I have been feeling like crap lately though so I talked myself into getting induced. As for now I will be induced Wednesday morning, that is if I don't chicken out.

I was just thinking if I would have chose to be induced today would be the day. AHHHH!!! Don't think about that also if this pregnancy is anything like the last one I might have a baby tonight. I won't hold my breath but its just a thought.

McKell has not had an accident in 3 days :)

I even ventured to the park and she went potty on a big toilet without her little seat I was a little nervous about that, but she did it.

Only 2 more WEEKS!!!
